Jenn Swaim
Rock Steady Boxing Coach
Jenn spent the first 20 years of her career as a health and safety professional. This work allowed her to travel the world, meet amazing people and lead the implementation of a wide-range of programs from ergonomics to serious injury and fatality prevention.
In 2019, she decided to step away from safety to spend more time with her family and create more balance in her life. Her love of exercise and her life-long purpose to keep people healthy came together in 2020 when she became a NASM-certified personal trainer.
Jenn’s fitness mission is to help humans enjoy more freedom by reducing their physical limitations, constraints and pain, so that they can move in the world the way they want to and say yes to the people and activities that inspire them.

Christie Weber
Rock Steady Boxing Coach
Christie started her health and fitness journey as a young teenager, studying Martial Arts with her family and tagging along with her mom, “learning the ropes” at the gym. She achieved her certification as a Group Fitness Instructor almost two decades ago and shortly after earned her credential as a Certified Personal Trainer.
Christie combines her knowledge of fitness, with her passion for people. She encourages her students to challenge themselves with the ferocity of a warrior while they attack their workout, while also having fun and being humble enough to laugh at themselves along the way.
Christie believes we should embrace the things that we’re tempted to shy away from because leaning-in when something feels really challenging or takes us out of our comfort zone, often presents us with opportunities to grow stronger; both in the gym and in life!
